Cesar Datatag
The Cesar Datatag scheme was brought in several years ago to try and reduce thefts of agricultural, plant and construction equipment. Since then the system is now been installed on almost all the new tractor from factory.
The system consists of a few different elements that is designed to put off potential thief's, although if they still decide to steel the item in question we have a good chance of finding it and returning it.
One part of this system is the white warning triangles which are fitted to the vehicle or item of machinery, which has a unique code on which ties all the system together as well as your information onto a database which the police have access to 24/7. these stickers are anti tamper stickers and take a great deal of work to be removed with in these stickers there is a transponder which can be read and would show all your details.
There are also several glass tags that can be injected or installed anywhere on the vehicle which also can be read by a specialist wand which would bring up your information once scanned.
The other parts to the system are a series of approximately a 1000 special microscopic data dots that can be applied to any surface and a special smart water.
This makes this system virtually impossible to be removed, resulting in a machine less desirable to thieves and hopefully less chance of theft.
Insurance companies were offering discounts of 12.5% with this system.
